3 Ways to Wear a Nude Dress: Top It

I know, I know...lol.  You're probably wondering when is she ever going to wear something besides flowers or kimonos?  Truth is, I couldn't tell you.  I'm a "girly-girl" at heart.  A lover of all things feminine and romantic.   That includes flowers, lace, fringe, ruffles, sparkles, glimmer, and anything PIIINK...lol.  However, I do occasionally like to mix my style up a bit at times by wearing more edgy or trendy items as well.  So I can't really say which category my signature style falls into.  Which would you suggest?

When I saw this nude colored dress hanging all by its lonesome in Ross, I immediately gravitated to it...lol.  I swooned in the dressing room as it draped ever so lightly against my hips, swinging and swaying as I danced in the mirror.  Yeah, I dance when trying on clothes...lol.  If it makes me dance, usually it comes home with me.  The fabric is so light and airy and for $14.99 it was a steal.  I've been searching for the perf nude dress, like FOREVER.
As we bid farewell to summer, I just had to get one more wear of my nude wedges I scored from Payless earlier this season.  The dress is sleeveless and I wanted to throw something on my arms as I headed to church this past weekend.  I decided to grab yet another kimono decorated in a beautiful array of romantic roses.  It was all I needed to take my outfit to the next level.  Adding my faux pearl necklace, gold teardrop earrings, fancy arm candy and quilted nude handbag gave an enchanting feel to the overall ensemble.  I held my head high wearing this outfit because it made me feel soooo beautiful.  I give this look a 10 out of 10 and can't wait to restyle these pieces.

As stated in the title, this is one way of wearing a nude dress.  There are numerous ways you can style a neutral colored item such as this and I will be showcasing 2 more ways to wear it this week on the blog.  Be sure to follow along by subscribing to email, or any of my other social media outlets.  I'm most active on Instagram.  If you haven't added me, please do so.  If I inspire you to wear what you love in any way please tag me @ms_kishina!  I also find inspiration from you guys as well.

Until next time....

Peace and love,
