What I Wore: Mother's Day 2015

Hey, y'all!  Today is a quick post of the outfit I wore on yesterday for Mother's Day.  Words can not explain the love I have for my children.  I'm honored, humbled and proud that God chose me as a vessel to birth 4 beautiful gifts.  Motherhood is hard,  I have to admit.  We're not born with the ability of knowing how to parent, and sometimes I feel as though I'm not the best mom in the world.  There is no manual on parenting, but there is an innate tendency for a mother to nurture.  I believe that I am nurturing my children to become the best they can be in life and I have to be proud of that.  To see the sparkle in their eyes, wide grin on their faces and arms stretched out for hugs and kisses when I woke up yesterday is all this girl wanted.  Material things are nice, but honestly I'm not a material kind of girl.  I'd choose slobbery kisses and hugs with sticky fingers any day over MK bags and Pandora bracelets.  But hey that's just me.  Enough ramblings...lol.  On to the fashion deets, right?

Leopard print clutch ~ It's Fashion (old) $9.99

Pleated drop hem blouse ~ It's Fashion (clearance) $9.99

Chain Link Necklace and Earrings ~ Charming Charlie's $8.99

Denim Jeggings ~ It's Fashion (old) $9.99

Have a great week guys!  Until next time....
Peace and love,

  8. What a beautiful post Kishina. All the mother's I know would agree with you on how hard this job is and how little we ever feel we really know what we're doing, me included. But we trust our instinct and we go forward raising our children in the way that is best for them, regardless what the books (or Google!) may say! This is a gorgeous outfit and I hope you had a super Mother's Day with your gorgeous children. Thank you so much for linking up with #AllAboutYou

  10. What a lovely pleated back blouse, I love how you styled it too. You are one lucky mama and believe me I have my days of wondering if I am doing something right or wrong as a parent as it can be one of the hardest jobs around.
