Weekend Style | Military Blazer and Camo Pants

Hey y'all! It's a new week and I'm so ready to embrace all it has to offer.  I am looking forward to a forecast of warmer temps and no snow, ice or freezing rain.  Spring is just a few short weeks away and I just can't wait to shed the layers and clunky foot wear.  I have been living in these boots which keep my feet warm and this hat to keep my hair somewhat protected...lol.  Can you tell I love this hat?  I wore it in last week's post here.  It has been a life saver for those days that my hair just won't quite do what I want it to do.

I snagged this navy blue military style blazer from Goodwill a few weeks ago.  I've worn it several times, but this is the first time I've blogged about it.  Please overlook the missing button, as I didn't notice it had fallen off before photographing these blog pics.  I have since found said button and will be replacing it to the blazer.  The arms are ruched and I like that I will be able to transition it into spring.  It  is a cotton blend so it picks up a lot of lint...bummer.  But I just couldn't pass it up for the price.

I decided to pair the blazer with a beige knit top and my camouflage pants.  I like how the outfit paired well with the ripped pants and riding boots.  It was cute, chic and comfy.  My go to style right now in the dead of winter is one that is warm and comfortable.  I've worn these pants on the blog as well here.

Until next time lovelies.....
Peace and love,
 Kishina

  1. Very cute outfit. You know what I think pulls it together is your necklace. That looks beautiful. Sometimes a special accessory like that just makes an outfit. I have camo pants, but never thought of pairing them with black! I'm going to try it out this week. Thanks for the inspiration!

    1. Haha! Sometimes we are our hardest critics aren't we? That button fell off as I went out the door because I found it when I walked back into my place. I'm wearing Heroine lipstick by MAC.
