Are you guys excited for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday? I am sooooo ready...lol. Thanksgiving is the official start of the holiday season to me. I'm looking forward to spending time with my family and friends. I'm truly thankful for those near and dear to me.
It's been a while since my last post. Y'all know I'm inconsistent....lol. This is one of the things I plan to work on as we approach a new year. I'm hoping to complete a vision board because I've never done one before. Scrolling my social media, I've seen countless vision board parties showcasing goals hoping to be accomplished. I must say that I'm inspired to complete one of my own.
In true Kishina fashion, I'm showcasing a gorgeous floral duster with bell sleeves. Can we just say that statement sleeves are having a moment in the fashion world right now? I didn't think I'd like this on me, but when I tried it on in the fitting room I commenced to prancing and dancing! The color is perfect for fall. With its muted gray base and pops of crimson and gold I can wear this sooo many ways.
For this styling, I wanted to play up the pops of gold and reds throughout the floral print. I've had all these items in my closet for a while now. My top is actually a midi dress tucked into my pants. I'm learning to view items in my closet in a new light....'cause Y'ALL....my closet is too stuffed. I don't NEED any new clothing. I'm embarrased actually of the amount I've accumulated. I'm going to donate a few things to my local women's shelter.
Until next time Kurvies.....
