Pretty in Pink

Sooo, my love affair with pink continues...lol.  I can't help it, y'all.  I am a girly-girl to my core and I can think of no other color than pink to celebrate my love of being a woman.  I'm in such a happy place in my life right now and I am loving it! I enjoyed being in front of the camera in this outfit and I have to give my hubby kudos for shooting in such frigid temps this weekend.  It was FREEZING down south this weekend y'all, and this girl is not used to such disrespectful weather.  I shot these photos in record time and then ran inside for a hot cup of coffee and my favorite pajamas...lol.

Plus size Blush colored Sweatshirt ~ Cato's Fashion's

I was perusing Cato's Fashions and squealed with delight when my eyes landed on this graphic sweatshirt in this awesome blush, baby pink color.  I absolutely could not leave this on the rack...it was marked down to $9.99 *inserts fist pump*.  I know it doesn't translate well in the photos, but it says Paris in a metallic gold along with a graphic photo of the Eiffel Tower.

Brown leggings ~ It's Fashions (old)

I used to be shy about wearing leggings because of the thunder in my thighs...lol.  Now, I embrace them.  It's taken some time for me to arrive at the place of loving my body.  I will no longer bash myself because I'm not the size 10 that I used to be.  I'm going to love my size 24 body the same way that I loved my size 10 body.  Life can sometimes throw curves, but it's up to you how well you will handle those curve balls.  I've finally chosen to love myself and strive to be as healthy as I can while in this size 24 body.  And today, honey, I was feeling myself...just a tad.

Beige purse ~ Thrifted

I found this cute beige purse at one of my local Goodwills for $2.99.  The faux leather was in great condition with no rips or tears... *score*.  Being the girly-girl that I am, I carry my life in my hand bag...lol.  I'm working on that, you know, unloading unnecessary things from my purse.  I haul EVERYTHING in there. Gum, pens, note pad, wallet, keys, cell phone, cosmetic bag...the list goes on.

I couldn't decide which shoes or bag I wanted to accessorize the outfit with.  I actually wore neither pair of shoes today as it was very windy and cold, so I opted for my knee length riding boots that I've worn in a previous post here.
