During the summer my go to style will forever and always be some type of dress. I live in the south and summers here are extremely hot and humid. To combat this dreadful, sweaty, somewhat of an outdoor sauna, loose flowing clothing is my best bet. This week I'll be sharing different dresses that I'll be wearing to keep cool #allsummer16.

First up is this coral shift dress I purchased on clearance at Charlotte Russe a few weeks ago. I tried it on in store and fell in love with how well it draped over my body. The fit is perfect for my hips and round bum...lol. It's lightweight, breathable and the material is ooohhh so soft. This will be in heavy rotation for the season.

I wanted to add some character to this basic t-shirt style dress. A leopard print scarf was perfect for tying up these faux locs off my neck. Gold hoops, some bangles, and a tassel necklace completed this effortless outfit. I love the way it came together. I can see myself restyling with a cute pair of heels and cinching my waist with a fancy belt.
