Pink Bomber & Statement Jeans

Good Monday Morning y'all!  I hope your weekend went according to plan.  Me, I got a few candles from that epic Bath & Body Works sale, browsed my local flea market, and watched Christmas movies with my kiddos (popcorn included).  I love this time of year and I'm too excited about the days ahead.  My goal is to do a holiday look book for you guys.  I have several looks in mind for the fashionista in us all.  What do you guys think?

Today's outfit features one of the season's hottest trends, a bomber jacket.  But not just any bomber, of course, it's PIIINK!  Y'all know I have an obsession with my most fave color ever.  Can't help it.  I'm such a girl...lol.  I scored this New Look Bomber from Ross Dress for Less while perusing the clearance rack and it was only $13.99!  Aaaand it just happened to be my size!  You know I snatched it up with a quickness.  I'm wearing a 3X.  I don't know what it is here lately, but some items of clothing are just popping out at me.  I feel they are meant to be because it's usually the last one on the rack.

These jeans are a first in a long time for me.  I don't think I've worn acid wash denim since the 90's...lol.  Y'all know I'm always on the look out for something different.  I prefer to have my own style and in doing so I've discovered trying new items in different silhouettes is such fun!  I'm continually stepping outside my norm which is a huge deal for me.  I used to be such a plain jane.  Ready to sink into the back ground wishing no one would see me.  But now I'm learning to embrace change with a smile.

Well, these are definitely NOT what you want to wear if you're not trying to stand out...lol.  As a lover of all things girly, these jeans say "check me out" when you're walking down the street.  I received soooo many compliments while wearing these.  I scored them at my local Citi Trends where you can find all things trendy and fashionable at ridiculously low prices.  And, no, I'm not being paid to say that...lol.  I just loooove their selection of clothing for all my trendy needs.
