So, the first day of spring was two days ago and I'm not quite sure if Mother Nature got the memo! The weather here has been a bit unpredictable. However, to combat these bi-polar temps, I'm prepped to embrace the pollen, ragweed, and mold as we speak....ugh! An easy, fool-proof way for me to transition is adding a cute faux leather moto jacket to my outfit for those warm days and breezy evenings.
Oh and get ready for an explosion of floral blossoms all over the blog...lol. Y'all know I love my flowers. This will be the first of a mini-series featuring floral blooms for the spring season. This beautiful print caught my eye as soon as I walked into the department store. Laaawd! I, of course, HAD to have it. It jumped onto the checkout counter and said "buy me NOW". I didn't contest, HA!
The maroon colored base of this outfit with the navy and white floral blooms is such a gorgeous color palette. I know spring is usually the time of year we bust out the pastels, however this was too gorg to store until the fall season again. I just had to take her for a spin! I'm happy I did as I received many compliments on my attire that day. What a way to boost a gal's confidence...uh-huh. Ripped jeans are trending and these were the perfect addition to pair with the flowing blouse. Tall boots completed the outfit along with red lips and a curly fro.
